Online Registration is NOW OPEN!

To ensure your child is ready for the next school year, please complete the required Annual Registration now! This process is required for all current students, and the deadline for completing the registration is September 1, 2024. To access the registration, primary households (the household used to determine residency) will need to:

• Log into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

• Select 'More' on the side or from the menu.

• Select 'Annual Registration' If you do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal, sign up using this Link: https://mocloud2.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/crocker.jsp

3 Ways to Register Your Student

• Bring the below documents to the building entrances to speak with the building's administrative team.

• New student enrollment is available through our online system at the beginning of each school year. A link will be posted when online registration begins.

• Schedule an appointment to bring in your required documents or to use our computers by calling 573-736-5000 and following the prompts to the corresponding building.

Documents needed to complete the enrollment:

1. State-issued birth certificate for the student (If applicable, we can request this document from the previous school)

2. Immunization record for the student (if applicable, we can request this document from the previous school)

3. Parent photo ID

4. Proofs of residency (utility bill, lease, or similar document)

5. Previous school records (transcript, behavior, attendance, IEP, name and address of previous school)

6. If applicable, custody orders, guardianship designations, power of attorney documents, or similar documentation. Note: It is not the district's responsibility to enforce divorce decrees, parenting plans, or custody orders. The district seeks this information solely to determine who the biological parents are, who has the authority to make or participate in educational decisions, who may have access to student records, and who the courts have determined is safe to be alone with the child.

Once registered, an online registration form is required to be updated each year.

Crocker Preschool & Kindergarten Screening Opportunity will be on August 8th. There are limited spots left for 3-year-old and 4-year-old classes.  Please make an appointment by calling the office at 573-736-5000 or email bharrison@crockerschools.org. During this time, all required paperwork will be completed to register your student for the new school year.
