Yesterday, we came together as a community to celebrate the legacy of Coach Hardesty , whose passion, dedication, and spirit have left an indelible mark on our hearts and on the game we love.
As we dedicate this beautiful baseball field and new scoreboard in his honor, we remember the countless hours he spent on the sidelines, guiding and inspiring each of us with his unwavering commitment. His love for the game was only matched by his love for his players, and his lessons extend far beyond the diamond.
Thank you to those who helped us by commemorating Coach Tim Hardesty and we will continue his tradition of excellence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Here’s to you, Coach—your legacy lives on every time we step onto this field.

📱🚫 Attention Students and Parents! 🚫📱
As we start the new school year, we want to remind everyone of our cell phone policy. 📚✨
To ensure a focused and productive learning environment, cell phones must be kept away during class time. This helps students stay engaged and minimizes distractions. Here’s what you need to know:
🔹 Phones, Smart watches, air pods, and ipods must be out of sight and out of sound. 🔹 Emergency situations can be communicated through the main office. 🔹 Failure to comply may result in a phone being held until the end of the day or further disciplinary action.
Our school policy:
1st Offense- Warning and device taken away for the day, parents contacted
2nd Offense- Device taken away (must be picked up by parent), parents contacted, 1-2 days of after school detention
3rd Offense- 3 days of after school detention and device will be turned in to the office prior to the start of school for 3 weeks.
LAST Offense- no privileges for the rest of the year. Students will turn in devices to the office or leave devices at home.

Create and plan fundraising campaigns for the school
Volunteer time to help out at student activities and events
Donate school supplies to classrooms
Boost community engagement to the school
Organize and execute school events like book fairs or family nights
And much more!

Miss Houlehan started a new program in the elementary library called Beanie Buddies. Students in K-3 may choose a Beanie Buddy to "adopt." Students may keep their Beanie Buddies with them during library class as long as they are following library rules. Students were very excited to get their Beanie Buddies today!

LEAP is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 7:30 AM and from 3:10 to 6:10 PM on Monday through Thursday and 1:10 PM to 4:10 PM on Friday. Fridays with early releases begin on September 6, 2024.
