💡 If your child is feeling unwell—whether it’s a fever, persistent cough, sore throat, or tummy troubles—please keep them home to rest and recover.
Why is this important?
➡️ Sick kids need rest to recover fully.
➡️ It helps prevent the spread of illness to classmates, teachers, and other families.
➡️ It protects those who may be more vulnerable, like infants, elderly relatives, or those with weaker immune systems.
We know it’s not always easy to rearrange schedules, and we’re grateful for your effort in helping us all stay healthier this season. Let’s work together to make our schools and community spaces a safe place for everyone.

As we navigate the winter season, we want to ensure our students' education continues without significant disruption. The Crocker School District has been approved for 36 hours of Alternative Methods of Instruction (AMI) for the 2024-25 school year. While our calendar includes approximately eight weather days, we have already used five due to snow and cold temperatures.
Should the need arise, the next three weather days will remain traditional non-school days. However, beyond those, we must prepare to use AMI days to prevent extending the school year into scheduled breaks like spring break.
Looking ahead, the district is also using this as an opportunity to plan proactively for future years. We aim to create a more seamless AMI process that supports our students, staff, and families while considering the unique needs of our community. Your input will be invaluable as we move forward with district-wide planning for the next school year.
To help us better understand your needs—such as access to technology, internet connectivity, and supplies—we’ve created a short survey for parents and guardians.
At this time, AMI planning is purely proactive. More details will follow as we refine the plan based on your feedback. Please take a few moments to complete the survey and share your thoughts on how we can make AMI days effective for all our students.

💙Community shout out 📣
A couple boys from the golf team, SRO/coach, and assistant coach presented the owner with the certificate of appreciation for support to the Crocker Lions golf team and allowing them to practice there all winter. Owner bought the team pizza tonight and they are all watching the game together and a few rounds of ⛳️ golf.
Thank you Bogeys for helping our Lions practicing through the winter months.
